Things to Know
First of all, this is a semi-literate to advanced rpg, so long bios are expected. Next, do not put a picture of your character. There are things that pictures can't show (which isn't always a bad thing). If you must put a picture, don't do so until after your bio is accepted and make sure it is on the bottom of the bio.
Once your bio is accepted, adjust your user name appearance to the first and last name of your character. All races other than beast-like ones (griffons, dragons, kelvins, wolves, etc) should have both first and last names. Elves, Humans, Shades (unless the shade changed his/her name after becoming all demonic like, which if that is the case you need to say something about "He/She goes by") are all expected to have last names. Also put in your picture of your character as your avatar (if you have one). It should be 150x250. It can be smaller, but no larger. If you have problems getting your picture to that size without scrunching it, let me know and I will help.
Everyone starts out with 400GP, you can spend this any way you want in the markets. Be sure to post the items where indicated.
If you don't exactly understand how to do something, just look at other members' profiles and see if that helps.
